Commission Inquiry

Commission status : open

If you'd like to commission a custom character illustration, you can either :

  • Send me your request by email at this address :

  • Send me a direct message containing your request on Instagram or Twitter
    (click on the links to be redirected to my pages)

In your message, please include the following informations :

  • The character you want me to draw.
    If it's an OC (original character), please send visual references and/or a written description.

  • The type of character art you desire :
    i.e. "head to chest", "half-body" or "full body" portrait, with or without a background... 1

  • A valid email address where I can send you :
    1. The Paypal invoice.*
    2. The final piece once it is completed.

*The payment method is Paypal only.

  • - 1 If you have a precise vision in mind, please provide as many details as possible in your description (e.g. specific pose, background design etc).
    If you only have a vague idea and/or would rather leave most artistic decisions to me, feel free to send me a message so that we can discuss about it together before the order. I will try my best to respond in a timely manner.

  • - Sending references is not necessary but highly encouraged, as it will speed up the process.

  • - I do not draw explicit content.

  • - I can decline requests that I either deem inappropriate or do not match my style.

Option I

Portrait

70€ | ~$75 USD

  • One character
    +25€ per additional character.

  • Head to chest
    +10€ for a "half body" portrait, i.e from the waist up.

  • Background art included*

  • No background option (solid-colored background) :
    55€ | ~$60 USD

*for intricate background designs, an additionnal fee may be applied to the base price before payment.

Full body character illustration

95€ | ~$100 USD

  • One character
    +45€ per additional character

  • Full body portrait

  • Background art included*
    2:3 aspect ratio

  • No background option (solid-colored background)

terms of service

  • PAYMENT

  • The payment method is PayPal only.

  • Commissions are paid in full upfront.

  • All prices are expressed in EURO € .

  • WORKING PROCESS

  • I, the artist, will start working on the commission after reception of the payment.

  • I will send the client a "work in progress" during the early stages and wait for confirmation before continuing and finalizing the piece. If the client does not give me a response within the next 2 days, I will consider that no modification is needed and proceed.

  • Barring unforeseen circumstances, I will deliver the final product within the next 4 weeks following the reception of the payment.

  • The final product is an image file in .png format, it will be provided to the client via email. The resolution is 300 dpi, the dimensions can vary depending on the illustration. The email will not include the artwork native files (.psd, .sai, etc.).

  • I am not responsible for printing or providing any type of hard copy of a digital art commission.

  • Within 7 days upon reception of the final product, the client is allowed to ask for one revision free of additional fees so long as I deem the modification within reason.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • The client can cancel and get a full refund so long as I haven't started working on the commission. If I have already started, only a partial refund will be sent. It will be calculated by taking in account the amount of hours I have already put into the piece.

  • The client will get a full refund if I cancel the commission on my part.

  • No refund is provided once the final product is completed.

  • USAGE POLICY AND COPYRIGHTS

  • I retain the rights to my artworks, including the right to use them as part of my portfolio and potentially post them on social media.

  • The commissioned digital illustration is for the client's personal uses only. The client is not authorized to resell without my permission, but is allowed to print the illustration for personal use.
